- Full name
- Full Street Address
- Telephone number
- Contact E-mail address
- Payment Type
- Package name
- Desired shell username
- Desired irc IDENT
- Domain name (if ordering web hosting)
- The hostname you would like your IRCd's IP to reverse to (if applicable)
Details for ordering and paying by mail
When paying by mail, your account will not be activated until payment is received. Please send payments to:
